Auditions 2010-2011 season rehearsals begin on Monday, September 13, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. at Pilgrim Place. Interested singers may come that evening to arrange an audition. The Claremont Chorale invites all experienced choral singers over the age of 18 years to audition for membership. Membership is determined by successfully completing a personal audition with the Music Director which tests your ability to sight read music, vocal range, vocal health and tone. The audition includes the performance of a prepared piece (accompanist provided). The Chorale rehearses on Monday evenings, 7:30-9:45 p.m. at Pilgrim Place. Additional workshop rehearsals may be scheduled as necessary throughout the season. A full year schedule is distributed in the summer, with three or four concerts presented each season.
